Sales Manager, Packaged Products, Ash Grove
Mr. Fleming has been with Ash Grove since 2015 and has been in the building materials industry since 2003 with experience across multiple product lines and territories. He is also experienced in logistics, business to business sales, specifications, and policy change. In addition to the Florida Lath and Plaster Bureau, he is involved in ASTM's C11 Committee, The Stucco Manufacturers Association, and the Florida Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association. He also holds several industry certifications and obtained his B.S. from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
J. Brett Taylor
Mr. Taylor has over 25 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, design, and construction. This includes investigation of commercial, industrial, and residential buildings for attorneys, insurance companies, and property owners. Mr. Taylor’s investigation expertise includes cause and origin (C&O) investigations, and expert witness representation, for horizontal and vertical structures to address various issues such as design errors and standard of care, building envelope water intrusion, code compliance issues, construction defects and poor workmanship, storm damage, accidents, maintenance, structural repair, and product liability.
Mr. Taylor has also performed design development, structural analysis, and detailed design for commercial, industrial and government buildings and residential structures.
Regional Manager, Nelson Forensics
With a background in structural design and detailing, Mr. Barrett’s primary area of expertise now lies in stucco veneer systems and other aspects of the building envelope. During the course of many forensic evaluations, he has analyzed construction means and methods, water intrusion, and structural damage. In an effort to communicate lessons from the field, Mr. Barrett is active in regional and national organizations pertaining to the built environment, and he regularly presents to a variety of audiences.
