Mark Fowler is the Technical Director for two trade associations. He is also the author of the Stucco Resource Guide and the Drywall and Plaster Manual. Mark was a Project manager at Soltner Group Architects and an industry expert for the California State License Board—C 35 (Lath and Plaster). He is also an ASTM organization group member.

The objective of this course is to provide a positive effect on the water- and vapor-resistive qualities of the building envelope through identification of underlying issues of the water-resistant barriers and the subsequent application of traditional Portland cement-based plaster (stucco) and to foster an industry-wide improvement in the quality of water-resistant barrier and stucco applications.
